Digital Marketing Manager
Liverpool or Manchester (Hybrid Working Available)
Full-time | 35 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise day-to-day digital marketing activity across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer to drive engagement, improve digital performance, and support wider business growth initiatives within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of digital marketing delivery, ensuring a consistent and high-performing presence across email, social media, content, and web channels. You’ll play a key role in improving automation, developing insight-led evergreen content strategies, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
Working closely with marketing, communications, and business development teams, you will also manage and support a Social Media Executive to ensure objectives and performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day digital marketing activity across multiple channels
  • Build and optimise email templates and automated campaigns
  • Improve preference-led automated newsletter journeys
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to develop SEO-informed evergreen content
  • Support delivery of wider marketing and business development priorities
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using GA4 and other reporting tools
  • Ensure all digital activity complies with GDPR and accessibility standards
  • Contribute to engaging multimedia content creation including video and audio
  • Drive consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms
  • Line manage and support the Social Media Executive

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Knowledge of consent-based marketing and data privacy regulations
  • Experience creating and optimising automated email workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous line management experience

Desirable

  • CIM, IDM, or other relevant marketing qualifications
  • Experience in customer acquisition and digital lead generation strategies
