Deputy Head of Residential Conveyancing
Location: Yorkshire – Hybrid/Flexible Working Available
Salary: £60,000 – £100,000+ (DOE)

The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to step into a senior leadership role within a high-performing, award-winning conveyancing team. As Deputy Head of Department, you'll combine strategic input with day-to-day leadership, all while continuing to manage a hands-on caseload. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the department’s continued growth, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of the market.

What the role involves:

• Managing a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management.
• Working closely with the Head of Department on strategy, operational planning, and financial performance.
