My Client is looking for a Corporate Legal Secretary with a couple of years experience.
Your duties will include dealing with dictations from several fee earners in the Corporate Team, assisting with the onboarding of clients, downloading documents from Companies House for new clients as well as preparing and sending conflict checks, preparing bills, answering telephone calls and creating and amending documents etc.
