The Role

• Lead a busy and successful Residential Conveyancing team based in Nottingham
• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and supervision to junior solicitors and conveyancers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest client care standards
• Drive team performance and contribute to departmental growth and business development
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to deliver a seamless client experience
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction and success of the conveyancing team
