Conveyancing Solicitor 
Award winning regional firm

We are working with an award winning regional law firm that continues to go from strength to strength. With a strong reputation for quality work and client care, the firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to support the growth and development of one of its regional offices.

The role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid residential conveyancing experience to join a collaborative and forward thinking team. You will manage a varied and busy caseload, handling approximately 25 to 35 new instructions per month.
Your work will include a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build properties. You will be supported by an established firm with strong systems and a loyal client base.
As the firm looks to further develop and expand the office, there will also be scope and expectation to contribute to business development activities and help grow the local profile.

About you
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more and demonstrable experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, agents and colleagues.
You will be commercially aware, well organised and enthusiastic about playing a role in the continued growth of the office.

The position is offered on a full time, office based basis, with a salary in the region of £50,000 depending on experience. You will be joining a highly regarded firm that values its people and offers a supportive and professional working environment.
