The Role
The successful candidate will:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Handle more complex matters such as leasehold transactions, new build purchases, and shared ownership.
• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Provide clear and practical advice, ensuring clients fully understand their transactions.
• Supervise and support junior members of staff where required.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and firm policies.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the conveyancing team and the wider firm.

You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or substantial experience in residential conveyancing.
• A proven track record of handling a varied caseload independently.
• Strong client care skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• The confidence to work independently while being a supportive team player.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving.
