This role will suit a solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE+ who is confident managing their own caseload of contentious probate matters and looking to work alongside genuine specialists in the field. You will be involved in a broad range of disputes including Inheritance Act claims, challenges to the validity of wills, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel claims and executor or trustee disputes.
