We're working with a well-established London law firm seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and develop its internal compliance and risk function. The firm offers genuine flexibility around hours and working patterns.

The Role?

• Lead and maintain compliance policies & controls
• Manage AML, GDPR, SRA regulations & risk frameworks
• Run internal audits and compliance reviews
• Provide guidance & training across the firm
• Monitor regulatory changes and update processes
• Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting

About you?

5+ years in compliance/risk (ideally legal/professional services)
Strong understanding of AML, GDPR & SRA rules
Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proactive approach to risk and regulatory management
