Compliance Analyst 
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 + excellent benefits

We're currently working with a fabulous prestigious law firm that handles high-value international legal work. As the firm expands they're currently looking to add a Compliance Analyst to the growing function.

This is a new position born out of growth, offering the chance to work directly with senior compliance leaders and gain exposure across AML, Data Protection and Regulatory Risk

The Role?

• Manage the Risk & Compliance inbox, escalating queries when needed
• Review contracts and flag potential compliance or regulatory risks
• Maintain registers and records in line with firm policies
• Conduct client risk assessments and enhanced due diligence
• Support AML, sanctions, and conflict checks
• Help update policies and procedures to reflect new regulations
• Review data protection practices and third-party vendor compliance
• Work closely with internal teams – Finance, IT, Client Relations
• Support key projects such as insurance renewals, supplier checks, and IT initiatives

About you?

• 3+ years’ experience in a legal compliance or risk role
• Strong knowledge of SRA, AML & Data Protection regulations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Confidence handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
