We’re currently working with a fabuous leading offshore law firm who are looking to add Compliance Administrator into their busy and expanding risk & compliance team. Great opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ compliance experience who wants to build on their AML and regulatory knowledge while developing towards professional qualifications.
The role?
- Review client onboarding files to check AML/CDD procedures have been followed
- Carry out periodic reviews on PEPs and high-risk clients
- Maintain compliance registers and document new risks
- Perform AML and sanctions checks and prepare internal reports
- Support gap analysis between legislation and firm policies
- Assist with projects to strengthen controls and processes
- Contribute to compliance meetings and implement decisions
- Support ad hoc compliance projects as required
- Keep up to date with evolving legislation and best practice
About You
2+ years’ experience in a compliance or similar role
ICA qualification (or willingness to study towards one)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Detail-focused, analytical, and methodical
