QED Legal are keen to speak with a Senior Commercial Property Solicitors or Solicitor with specialism in Real Estate, regarding a role we have for a well-respected and recognised top tier law firm in Chelmsford, Essex.
 
The ideal candidate will have upwards of 7+ years of experience within commercial property, be capable of managing a team, as well as a mixed & varied HNW real estate caseload.
 
The  successful candidate you will join this Legal 500 law firm. Their reputation is pristine & have high value work from referrals and existing clients.
 
The department is specialist on advising the below:

• Buying and Selling Property 
• Property Development
• Sales & Purchase
• Commercial Landlord & Tenant
