Commercial Property Solicitor / Commercial Conveyancer / Commercial Property Fee Earner / or Senior/Head of Commercial Property

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Conveyancer, Senior Property Lawyer or Head of Commercial Property to join a well-established and growing law firm in Greater Manchester.

The firm is intentionally broad in what they are looking for and would welcome applications from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors seeking a leadership opportunity through to Residential Conveyancers with strong Commercial Property experience who are looking to develop their commercial caseload further.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Conveyancer, you will handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters including:

• Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and lease negotiations
• Development and investment work
• Refinancing and secured lending transactions
• General Commercial Property transactions
• Business development and client relationship management

For more senior candidates, there is the opportunity to lead and develop the Commercial Property department, supervise junior lawyers and play a key role in the strategic growth of the team.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner
• Experience handling Commercial Property matters from instruction through to completion
• Residential Conveyancers with substantial Commercial Property experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Supervisory or management experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Ambitious individuals seeking progression into senior leadership roles are welcomed
