Description

Our client is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor for a 12-month fixed term contract position. Candidates need to be able to point to a proven track record in working with commercial contract and agreements.

Based in Bedfordshire this company does offer hybrid working and would consider candidates looking to work 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the in-house legal team with the review, drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts
  • Working with the colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose
  • Undertake contract administration tasks

The successful candidate will:

  • A minimum of one years’ experience working with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), third party agreements, supplier and public sector contracts
  • Have good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a commercial / business outlook to their work

Our client envisages that candidates with at least 1 years’ experience plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position. This has been given as an approximate guide for and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this range but who have the relevant experience.
