We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise day-to-day digital marketing activity across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer to drive engagement, improve digital performance, and support wider business growth initiatives within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Opportunity
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of digital marketing delivery, ensuring a consistent and high-performing presence across email, social media, content, and web channels. You’ll play a key role in improving automation, developing insight-led evergreen content strategies, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
Working closely with marketing, communications, and business development teams, you will also manage and support a Social Media Executive to ensure objectives and performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day digital marketing activity across multiple channels
- Build and optimise email templates and automated campaigns
- Improve preference-led automated newsletter journeys
- Collaborate with content and web teams to develop SEO-informed evergreen content
- Support delivery of wider marketing and business development priorities
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using GA4 and other reporting tools
- Ensure all digital activity complies with GDPR and accessibility standards
- Contribute to engaging multimedia content creation including video and audio
- Drive consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms
- Line manage and support the Social Media Executive
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and Google Search Console
- Knowledge of consent-based marketing and data privacy regulations
- Experience creating and optimising automated email workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous line management experience
Desirable
- CIM, IDM, or other relevant marketing qualifications
- Experience in customer acquisition and digital lead generation strategies
