Beth built a rapport with me over several months and provided guidance in a supportive way. She truly listened to me and provided reassurances in an uncertain time. I never needed to chase Beth for an update as she understands how important it is to a candidate to hear back promptly. She would always contact me when it was best for me and was incredibly patient and understanding when I wasn’t necessarily wanting to move roles straight away.
