I have been asked to do a short piece on my experience with QED under the stewardship of Deborah. It would be very easy to say Deborah was fantastic and everything went well. However, that would not covey either the depth or quality of service provided by Deborah.
Allow me to extrapolate. When I found myself seeking a new position there was something distinctly different in the approach from QED. Other agencies based more local to me did not have that drive or commitment which shone through from the start. It was clear not only was Deborah committed to the task in hand, but also that there was understanding of what I was looking for and how it might be achieved, in other words team work to a common goal.
I can honestly say that I have never had an agency be so proactive as Deborah and QED. My own view being that some agencies promise the world and deliver nothing, leaving the client somewhat bewildered and certainly deflated. That was not my experience with QED.
It goes without saying that I will recommend QED and Deborah to others, the question being Why?? Put simply if you want a dedicated and professional approach to your career and aspirations, then instruct those who can deliver; after all it is your future you are placing in someone’s hands and these need to be something more than a safe pair of hands. Some can talk the talk but can’t walk the walk – QED stand out from the crown and provide professional career drive advice and help to secure results.
