Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor with a passion for sports, media and entertainment law?
My client, a highly regarded boutique law firm with a national reputation for employment law is seeking an Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to lead its employment practice.
Recognised in the Legal 500, the firm advises a wide range of businesses, senior executives and high-profile organisations. A key highlight of the practice is its work within the sports and entertainment sectors, offering exposure to unique and high-profile clients rarely seen in a typical regional employment practice.
The Role You will lead an established employment offering, advising both employers and individuals on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Employment tribunal disputes
- Settlement agreements and senior exits
- Director service agreements and employment contracts
- Policies, handbooks and HR advisory work
- TUPE support on corporate matters
- Workplace investigations, mediation and training
About You You will ideally have:
- 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong tribunal and advisory experience
- The ability to manage complex matters independently
- A commercial, client-focused approach
