About the Role:
A position has come up to join this firm's Birmingham office within their serious injury practice. This is an interesting opportunity to handle a wide range of serious and fatal injury cases while developing your career in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a diverse caseload of catastrophic and fatal injury claims
• Lead cases from start to finish with autonomy and confidence
• Focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients, including rehabilitation and early intervention
• Assess case value, negotiate settlements, and manage claims efficiently
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Contribute to team development and community-focused initiatives

Who We’re Looking For:

• Legal executive or solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• Proven experience in serious injury claims 
• Confident managing cases independently, including higher-value claims
• Strong client care and proactive case management skills
• Knowledge of litigation processes, deadlines, and case valuation
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
