This role will see you manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish covering residential sales, purchases, transfers of titles and remortgage transactions. You must be able to check title and conclude missives. 

In addition to that you will help and support less experienced team members and be a stickler for ensuring all transactions adhere to compliance and AML.

It's a fast paced role but you will thrive on being busy and will be surrounded by a great team.
