Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join this boutique firm based in Lancashire. You will be fronting an excellent private client team with a tremendous client base and will be dealing with a HNW client base from across the county and North West.

You will ideally be a Solicitor with at least 8 Years' PQE+ and have experience of providing top quality private client advice. Whilst the department is only small in terms of headcount, they have a tremendous reputation and a strong client base. Ideally, you will have gained good experience of working at a strong city or regional L500 firm. The opportunity for Partnership will be available for the right candidate. 

This firm are a commercial Legal 500 practice, so many of the clients you will be dealing with will have high-value assets and are High Net Worth clients. Work is regularly referred on by the commercial teams and has reached the point where they need to a key figurehead to lead the Private Client team. This is a forward-thinking practice that dominates across the region, so you will have a solid client base and caseload already in place, so no following is needed. 

The work in place will be varied but will consist of wills & probate matters, lasting powers of attorneys, non-contentious trust & probate issues, estate administration and tax matters. The role will also see you work with an experienced team of 10 - 12 staff and ensure new sources of work & existing clients are maintained.
