The private client team supports individuals and families with a full range of future planning and trust matters, including wills, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney, and benefits from experienced colleagues, modern systems and a supportive culture.

The Role
• Leading and managing a varied caseload of private client work, including wills, probate and estate administration
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and other succession matters
• Drafting documents and providing clear, tailored legal recommendations to clients
• Building and managing strong relationships with clients, professional advisers and third parties
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues to help support their development
• Contributing to the growth and visibility of the private client service locally
• Ensuring high standards of compliance, quality and file management throughout

You
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant private client experience (probate, wills, trusts etc.)
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients
