A well-established, well recognised litigation practice based in Horsforth is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Litigator who has at least c.5 years fee-earning experience to join them. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing litigated, complex matters within a supportive, boutique-style practice that prides itself on high-quality client care and strong technical work.

The Role You will manage a varied caseload of litigated Personal Injury claims from inception through to conclusion, including:

• Employer’s Liability (EL)
• Public Liability (PL)
• Clinical Negligence
• Abuse matters

The role involves end-to-end case handling, with a strong focus on:

• Quantum assessment
• Negotiation and settlement
• Litigation strategy

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

• Have solid experience handling litigated PI claims
• Be confident managing files independently
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of quantum and negotiation
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be client-focused, organised and commercially aware
