A highly regarded, multi-service law firm committed to access to justice is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join its established and growing Family team in West London. The firm is recognised by leading legal directories for its work across criminal defence, family, housing, civil liberties, and human rights, and is known for delivering high-quality publicly funded work alongside a strong, supportive culture.

The role
This is a full-time position offering a varied and rewarding caseload, with a particular focus on public law children matters.
You will:

• Manage your own caseload of public law parent and guardian matters
• Conduct your own advocacy, including final hearings
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused advice and representation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while managing matters independently
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Family team

About you
You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Children Panel Accredited
• 4+ years’ PQE with solid experience in public law children work
• An experienced advocate with confidence across all hearing types
• Passionate about publicly funded work and access to justice
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• A strong communicator with excellent client care skills

Experience as a legal aid supervisor and/or having an existing following would be advantageous but not essential.
