This is a great opportunity for an experienced Road Traffic Accident Solicitor who is ready to take that next step in their career.

I’m working with a well established Glasgow team who are looking for a Senior Solicitor or Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of RTA claims, including complex and litigated matters, whilst also taking responsibility for supervising and supporting a small pod of Paralegals, Trainees and junior colleagues.

Previous formal supervisory experience isn’t essential. What matters is that you enjoy helping others develop, are comfortable sharing your knowledge and are ready to take on more responsibility.

There is a strong litigation element to the role and whilst extensive court experience isn’t required, you should be keen to continue developing your advocacy and court skills.

You’ll also gain greater exposure to the commercial side of the team, including performance, KPIs and cost recovery, useful experience for anyone with longer term progression ambitions.

The salary is highly competitive depending on experience and whether you join at Senior Solicitor or Associate level.
