Commercially focused, pragmatic and dedicated to providing the best possible service to your clients you'll likely have a minimum of 3 years' post qualifying experience and be at the point where you are ready to take your rural property career to the next level. 

Work will be varied, challenging, and hugely rewarding and will include matters such as:

• The purchase and sale of estates, farm and other rural land
• Advising on rural development matters
• Advising on rural lettings, such as commercial, sporting and amenity leases.
• Dealing with Title queries
• Commercial and other contractual work in relation to land use.

There really is no end to the exciting work and the exposure you'll have to some great projects and fantastic clients is really second to none.
