The Role?

You’ll provide legal risk and compliance advice across the firm, working closely with the Head of Risk, COLP and senior partners. 

• Advising on the SRA Code of Conduct, ethics, data protection and regulatory obligations
• Reviewing conflicts reports and resolving complex cross-border queries
• Drafting, reviewing and updating terms of engagement with clients and third parties
• Supporting on supplier contracts and compliance with global regulations
• Monitoring regulatory change and assessing firm-wide impact
• Developing and maintaining compliance policies, systems and training

About you?

UK Qualified Lawyer
Experience in Legal Compliance, Risk Management or Regulatory Law
Strong knowledge of SRA Rules and Code of Conduct
Exposure across data protection, AML, Sanctions, Bribery & Corruption, Modern Slavery and more
International law firm experience is essential
