The Role You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering clear, practical advice and ensuring clients have a positive experience at every stage.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles, and leasehold documents
• Conducting searches and providing practical, client-focused advice
• Building strong relationships with clients, referrers, agents, and lenders
• Supporting the team and supervising junior staff
• Delivering efficient, high-quality service throughout the transaction process

About You

• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• SQE or CILEX qualified
• Strong understanding of professional integrity and client care
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Partners for Windows
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
