A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded and well established Residential Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Paralegal with existing residential conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their technical knowledge, take on greater responsibility and build a long term career within a supportive and successful team.

The Role
Working alongside experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, you will provide support across a varied caseload of residential property transactions, gaining valuable hands on exposure throughout the conveyancing process.
The role will include:

• Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
• Conducting property searches
• Assisting with Land Registry applications
• Supporting post completion matters and file closure
• Providing a professional, responsive and client focused service

This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career within residential property, with exposure to experienced fee earners and the opportunity to broaden their knowledge within a well regarded team.

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing environment and be looking for their next opportunity to progress.
