You’re an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal who confidently manages a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions. You enjoy working closely with clients and pride yourself on delivering a personal service, but perhaps you’re starting to feel that genuine client relationships and meaningful contact are becoming harder to maintain in today’s fast-paced market.

In terms of what they’re looking for, they need a safe and experienced pair of hands,someone who can confidently manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and title transfers.

You’ll likely have a minimum of two years’ previous conveyancing experience, excellent client-facing skills and strong commercial awareness. Ideally, you’ll already be a qualified Paralegal, although they would also support someone keen to work towards qualification.

The role is primarily office-based, although there may be the opportunity to work from home one day per week following a successful settling-in period. They are also happy to offer some flexibility around working hours.
