Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners – Wakefield & Bradford I’m currently working with a well-established and growing Yorkshire law firm that is looking to add experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners to its teams in both Wakefield and Bradford.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident running their own caseload and is looking for a role with a good level of responsibility, client contact and long-term progression.

The role You’ll be managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, dealing with a varied range of matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients, agents and other parties throughout the transaction
• Providing a high standard of client care
• Managing a busy caseload effectively and working to deadlines
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The firm is looking for someone who is comfortable handling a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision and who can hit the ground running.
