Residential Conveyancer – Salary up to £64,000 – Burnham-on-Sea

An established and highly regarded high-street practice in Burnham-on-Sea are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, who will have a huge stake in the future of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable fee earner who is confident managing a varied caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive office environment. The firm has a strong local reputation, a loyal client base, and a consistent flow of quality instructions.

The Role:

You will manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build matters
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions
  • Registered and unregistered titles

You will have the autonomy to run your files while benefiting from administrative and secretarial support.

Ideal Pre-Requisites:

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives.

You will:

  • Have strong technical knowledge of residential property law and procedure
  • Be confident handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Be commercially aware and proactive
  • Thrive in a close-knit, professional team environment

Local market knowledge and a small following would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Opportunity:
