Job Title: Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor  - Cannock

We’re working with a firm that’s looking for a licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their busy residential property team. With multiple offices across the West Midlands and Staffordshire, this is a great opportunity to join a growing firm at an exciting time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new-build properties.
• Managing transfers of equity, assents, re-mortgages, and first registrations.
• Advising on lease extensions and other non-transactional property matters.
• Providing general land law advice to clients.
• Working closely with the team to keep cases running smoothly and efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

• A licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with residential property experience.
• Solid knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters.

• Able to work independently, but also thrive as part of a team.
