The role

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, and adverse possession claims
• Progress client work efficiently and keep clients updated throughout the transaction
• Ensure compliance with quality and case management standards, including CQS requirements
• Engage in networking to build professional relationships and raise the department’s profile
• Use the firm’s case management system accurately and consistently

You

• Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Proven experience handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage workload independently while contributing positively to the wider team
• Proactive, dependable and client-focused
