Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer – Derby – £35,000 to £55,000 – Hybrid (up to 3 days a week) The firm

The role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, and adverse possession claims
 - Progress client work efficiently and keep clients updated throughout the transaction
 - Ensure compliance with quality and case management standards, including CQS requirements
 - Engage in networking to build professional relationships and raise the department’s profile
 - Use the firm’s case management system accurately and consistently
 
You
- Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
 - Proven experience handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload
 - Excellent communication and client care skills
 - Highly organised with strong attention to detail
 - Able to manage workload independently while contributing positively to the wider team
 - Proactive, dependable and client-focused
