Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer – Ashby-de-la-Zouch – £35,000 to £55,000 – Hybrid (up to 3 days a week) The firm

Are you seeking a role where you can build meaningful client relationships while working in a firm that balances tradition with progress?
The role
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, transfers of part, and adverse possession claims
 - Maintain consistent client communication and ensure smooth progression of matters
 - Work to high standards in line with CQS and Law Society compliance requirements
 - Support departmental initiatives including marketing and local networking
 - Contribute to business development activities and the continued success of the Ashby office
 - Use the firm’s case management system diligently and effectively
 
You
- Qualified Solicitor, Fellow of CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
 - Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
 - Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
 - Confident communicator with exceptional client service skills
 - Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit, supportive team
 - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality results
