The role

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Handling files from instruction through to completion with full autonomy
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and associated documentation
• Providing clear, straightforward advice to clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third parties to keep transactions progressing efficiently
• Conducting searches and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Maintaining accurate case management records and consistently meeting deadlines
• Supporting junior colleagues and assisting with supervision where required

You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
