The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Conveyancer to join a highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will:

• Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Manage transactions from inception through to completion.
• Deliver clear and practical advice to clients, ensuring excellent client care throughout.
• Work with the support of a state-of-the-art case management system, as well as dedicated new business and post-completion teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the department through strong teamwork and client service.

You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a fee earner, managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment.
• Enthusiasm for business development and building strong client relationships.
