The Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll join a busy and supportive team with a passion for property law. You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, with the full support of experienced colleagues and excellent admin processes.

Your duties will include:

• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Ensuring all compliance, due diligence, and file management is handled professionally
• Working proactively to identify and resolve any potential issues during the transaction
• Maintaining clear, timely communication to keep clients well-informed and reassured

You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration and clear client service above all else.

You My client is seeking someone with:

• Experience in managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• A strong understanding of the conveyancing process and associated legal frameworks
• Excellent communication and client care skills – someone who thrives on keeping people informed and reassured
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure while staying organised
