About the Role
As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:
- Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
- Equity release and leasehold enfranchisement
- Lease extensions, boundary issues, easements, and tenancy matters
- Provide clear, proactive legal advice to a wide range of clients, including homeowners, landlords, tenants, landowners, and developers
- Manage files from instruction through to post-completion, with the support of an experienced and friendly team
- Deliver high-quality, efficient service in line with the firm’s ethos of professionalism, integrity, and client care
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and assist in mentoring junior staff as needed

About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- 4+ years PQE experience
- Strong technical skills and a proactive, organised approach
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
