Residential Conveyancer | 2–5 Years PQE | Supportive Team | Cardiff-Based

A well-established Cardiff law firm with a strong reputation in property law is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) to join its friendly, client-focused team.

Day to day, you’ll be handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. That means everything from drafting contracts and transfer deeds, to carrying out title checks, searches, and due diligence, to keeping clients, estate agents, and lenders in the loop so matters progress smoothly. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your work, but also the reassurance of knowing there’s a strong team around you if you need a sounding board.
