Conveyancing Fee Earner – Fully Remote Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Monthly Commission

A highly regarded conveyancing firm with exceptional client reviews is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team on a fully remote basis.

The role:

• Manage a caseload of around 80 mixed residential conveyancing files
• Supported by shared assistants (based in the Bolton office) who handle most admin
• Case management system: Proclaim

Salary & benefits:

• Salary up to £40,000 (for an exceptional candidate)
• Uncapped commission: 5% on all legal fees billed
• Paid monthly, with no threshold
• Typical bonus £8,000+, with top earners achieving £13,000+ per year
• Fully remote working
• Flexi-hours: start between 07:30–09:00 (8-hour day, 1-hour lunch)
