Real Estate Solicitor | 5PQE+ | Leeds | 60,000K - 100,000K

A well-established law firm with a highly regarded real estate team is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its busy Leeds office. The team works across all sectors, including complex and highly regulated industries, providing clients with extensive property industry knowledge and technical expertise. Clients range from property developers, investors, and lenders to utility companies, public sector bodies, and third-sector organisations.

The Role This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic and commercially focused real estate team. The successful candidate will support senior colleagues in managing client relationships, delivering high-quality legal advice, and contributing to the firm's continued success.

The role is open to both Associate and Director-level candidates, with an expectation to actively contribute to the management and development of the firm while upholding its values.

The Candidate

• At least 5 years' PQE with broad experience in real estate matters.
• Expertise in asset management, including agreements for leases, leases, and surrenders.
• Experience in development (commercial and residential) and investment transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of clients' sectors and markets.
• A collaborative working style with a commitment to supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, with an approachable and reassuring manner when dealing with clients.
