They are looking to appoint a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor into a busy and ambitious team, with a strong emphasis on commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasing transactions and strategic land acquisitions for housebuilders. This is not a back-office support role — you’ll be front-facing, commercially involved and given the space to take ownership of matters in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll handle a mix of sales and purchases of commercial premises, negotiate and conclude leases, and play a key role in land assembly and acquisition work that underpins major residential developments. You’ll also be encouraged to think beyond the transaction. Building strong relationships with clients and agents will be a central part of your role, positioning you as a trusted adviser. Business development isn’t an afterthought here — it’s something you’ll be supported and encouraged to get involved in, helping to shape the continued growth of a market-leading practice.
