I'd like to speak with experienced Property Lawyers/Conveyancer interested in an opportunity to join a highly respected, well-established and growing practice in Cirencester.

The property team here has real depth: 3 Partners (including the Head of Property), 2 Solicitors, an Associate Conveyancing Executive, a Trainee Solicitor, and a Paralegal. It’s a well-balanced department where support is always on hand, and everyone plays a key role. You won’t feel like a small cog in a big wheel - you’ll be part of a close-knit team where your contribution matters.

Your caseload will be varied and interesting. You’ll run your own residential property files with no hand-holding - freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership, and help-to-buy. For those looking to broaden their practice, there’s also the scope to get involved in commercial property matters, alongside experienced lawyers. Clients value the personal, tailored advice they receive here, and you’ll be delivering that service.

A minimum of 2 years' PQE is a deal breaker, managing a conveyancing or commercial caseload independently. Organisation, accuracy, and a positive, proactive approach will see you fit right in with the team.
