Looking for your next step as a Paralegal? 

A well-respected, growing firm in the heart of Cirencester is looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their Property team.

Their property department is a busy and close-knit team made up of 3 Partners (including the Head of Property), 2 Solicitors, an Associate Conveyancer, a Trainee Solicitor, and a Paralegal. With a well-balanced mix of senior expertise and developing talent, you’ll be joining a team that has the depth to support you, but also the space for you to make a real impact.

The work is genuinely varied - you’ll be involved in residential sales & purchases, leasehold matters, tenancies, commercial property, and agricultural work. Day-to-day, you’ll manage files from start to finish: drafting and issuing contracts, handling enquiries, progressing matters through to completion, and taking care of Land Registry submissions. 

Ideally, you should have at least 12 months’ experience in conveyancing or property, and confident working with minimal supervision.
