London Senior Property Litigation role. 
Senior Associate/Legal Director/Partner position.
My Client is seeking an experienced Property Litigator, ideally around 10 years+ PQE level.
You will work across a mix of Commercial and Residential Property Liitgation matters to include lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation claims, lease covenant enforcements, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, planning, complex service charge disputes, forfeiture and possession claims, statutory compensation and construction claims etc.
You will also work on difficult disputes relating to contested lease renewals, break notices, trusts of land, restrictive covenants, injunctions, trespass and developments.
You will join 2 Partners, 2 Senior Associates, an NQ and secretarial support in the team.
