Description
QED Legal are working with a well-regarded UK firm that’s on the lookout for a newly qualified solicitor to join its Property Litigation team in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity for an NQ looking to do something a little different with their litigation career — especially if you're interested in the intersection between real estate and infrastructure.
The work is varied but has a strong focus on telecoms, acting for some of the major players in the sector. You’ll be advising on complex property disputes, access issues, and rights under the Electronic Communications Code, alongside more traditional landlord and tenant matters. It’s a role that offers technical interest, long-term relevance, and a genuinely commercial edge — a chance to develop a niche early on while keeping a broader litigation skill set ticking along in the background.
The team is collaborative, the hours are sensible, and you’ll get proper responsibility from day one. They’re looking for someone who’s got a solid grounding in property litigation or commercial litigation from their traineeship and is keen to build a long-term career in this area. Some exposure to telecoms work is a bonus but absolutely not a deal-breaker.
This firm has genuinely corned the market in this sector.
If you’re based in Glasgow (or looking to be), and like the idea of growing your career in a well-supported, forward-thinking team, drop us a line — happy to have a chat and fill you in on the details.
