Property Litigation Solicitor/CILEx Lawyer | Bath | Hybrid | Strong Regional Firm 

If you’re a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1–5 years’ PQE and experience in property litigation, this is a great opportunity to join a respected and expanding team within one of the region’s most established firms.

You’ll handle a broad mix of contentious property matters for landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents, and private individuals. Typical work includes residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent arrears, dilapidations, breaches of covenant, boundary and TOLATA disputes, trespass and nuisance claims, and co-ownership or trust of land issues.

You’ll run your own files with appropriate supervision, while also assisting senior colleagues on more complex cases. There’s also scope to get involved in business development and building client relationships as the department continues to grow.

Experience in commercial landlord and tenant work is advantageous but not essential - training can be provided.
