The Property Litigation team, ranked Tier 3 in the Legal 500, provides specialist advice to a range of high-profile clients in the retail and property sectors. With an expanding workload, the firm is now looking to recruit a solicitor with proven experience in contentious property matters.

The Role

This opportunity is ideal for a mid to senior-level candidate, from 5PQE up to a Director-level appointment.
The role will involve managing cases independently, supporting key clients, and working as part of a collaborative team on complex matters. Business development will also be a key aspect, contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide support and supervision to junior team members, ensuring their ongoing development within the firm.

The Candidate

• A property litigation specialist with at least 5 years’ PQE.
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused and commercially aware approach.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or supervising junior colleagues.
• Ambitious and keen to contribute to a supportive and friendly team environment.
