Property Litigation – Senior Associate
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne A leading regional firm is seeking a Senior Associate in Property Litigation to join their growing disputes team.
You will:

  • Lead on more complex property litigation matters: lease renewals, dilapidations, landlord & tenant strategic disputes, service charge recovery, and major commercial property litigation.
  • Oversee junior fee-earners, develop clients and contribute to the strategic growth of the property litigation team.
  • Work for a firm with strong regional reputation and national reach, with excellent career development and potential trajectory towards partnership.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Senior Associate level (5–8+ PQE) with solid property litigation experience.
  • Experience supervising/mentoring juniors, strong client contact and an interest in business development.
  • Strategic outlook and commercial awareness.
