Description
Property Litigation Lawyer | Dorset | Legal 500 Firm | Genuine Flexibility | No Politics
This one’s ideal if you’re a property litigation lawyer who wants a role with variety, a decent work/life balance, and a supportive team ("without the corporate nonsense" - Partners words not mind).
I’m working with a long-established Legal 500 firm that’s built up a solid reputation across Dorset and beyond. They’ve got four offices in the region, a loyal client base, and a Litigation department that consistently pulls in over £1m a year. It’s one of the firm’s strongest performers and continues to grow - hence the need for more talent!
You’d be joining a small, collaborative litigation team that handles a healthy mix of commercial and property disputes. The structure is flat, the leadership is down-to-earth, and the vibe is more “roll your sleeves up and get stuck in” than layers of red tape.
Work-wise, there’s plenty of variety - lease disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, landlord & tenant disagreements, and general commercial disputes. Clients range from SMEs to developers, private landowners and landlords.
They’re after someone with around 3-5 PQE (Solicitor or CILEX), confident running their own files and happy dealing directly with clients.
In return, you’ll get:
- A good salary
- Proper flexibility (including hybrid working)
- Support to keep developing
If you’re in Dorset already - or open to relocating somewhere with beaches and a more relaxed pace of life - reach out.
